Camp ALPHA Flyer
Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation is partnering with the Northwest Georgia Department of Public Health to host its first Camp A.L.P.H.A. (Awareness, Leadership, Preparedness, and Health Ambassadors).This fun and educational camp is for youth, ages 8-12. They will participate in a diverse range of activities, such as health and safety experiments, interactive games, creative learning, and unforgettable adventures, including hands-on demonstrations with the fire department, law enforcement, emergency medical services, and more. Campers will learn skills to promote health, safety, and wellbeing in their communities and receive a certificate, a fully equipped Camp A.L.P.H.A. safety pack, and t-shirt. Daily snacks and drinks are included. Campers should dress in comfortable active wear and shoes daily. All camp activities are led by experienced RFPRA and DPH staff.
