Directions to Dade County Health Department

From North Dade/Chattanooga: Take Interstate 24 West to Interstate 59 South. Take exit 11(Trenton Exit) and turn left on Highway 136. Turn left onto Wolverine Drive (next to Hardee’s) then right onto School Street at the stop sign. The Health Department will be at the corner of School Street and Case Avenue in the ground floor of the administration building. If traveling Southward on Highway 11, take a right onto Crabtree Street just after the town square and the Health Department will be on the right.

From South Dade/Rising Fawn: Take Interstate 59 North to exit 11 (Trenton Exit) and turn right. Turn left onto Wolverine Drive (next to Hardee’s) then right onto School Street at the stop sign. The Health Department will be at the corner of School Street and Case Avenue in the ground floor of the administration building. If traveling Northward on Highway 11, take a left onto Crabtree Street just after the Highway 11 and Highway 136 junction red-light. The Health Department will be on the right.
