Take I-75 south, get off on the Battlefield Pkwy exit (#350), turn right off the exit, go to the 2nd red light and turn right on to Old Mill Rd., the Health Department is about .2 of a mile on the right. We are in between the Catoosa County Library and the Colonnade. On the outside of our building it says THE ANNIE EVITT HEALTH CENTER.

From: Dalton

From: Lafayette or Chickamauga (Hwy 27)

Go up Hwy 27 to Highway 2A (Battlefield Pkwy) and turn right, go past Wal-Mart, go through the red light at Dietz Rd., at the next red light turn left on to Old Mill Rd., the Health Department is about .2 of a mile on the right.
