From Atlanta – Take I-75 North to Exit 288 (Cartersville Main Street). Go up the ramp and turn left onto Main Street (Hwy. 113). Follow the signs on Hwy. 113 to Rockmart. Turn right onto Hwy 278 west. Stay on Hwy 278 into Cedartown. Turn left onto Main Street. Turn left onto East Ware Street. Polk County Health Department is the 2nd building on the left.
